Our designers continually monitor market trends to develop original products with high perceived value at a reasonable cost for our customers. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not keep an inventory of products. All of our products are custom designed and manufactured based upon each of our customers' tastes, the promotional event and their budget. We blend your needs with our understanding of materials, shipping and packing requirements, duty implications and other details to ensure you get a great product at a great price.
Our buyers work directly with manufacturers and wholesalers from around the world to source products in the most efficient way. Today, we typically source our products directly from factories in southeast Asia, predominantly China. Our buyers travel to China several times each year to meet with vendors and to search for unique products. We are able to source a diverse range of products including:
- Ceramics and glassware
- Plush
- Totes and weekend bags
- Containers
- Electronic gifts
- Specialty apparel such as robes, scarves and bath wraps
All of our factories and products are inspected using third party inspection companies to ensure a high standard of quality. Product samples are provided to our customers throughout the product development process as well as production samples to verify quality.
